Magic Panels work sort of like Item Panels in the sense that the amount of times you can use a spell is determined by the amount of Panels for that spell you install into the Panel Grid. Unlike Item Panels though, Magic Panels remain in the Panel Grid even after depleting all of your uses for a particular spell, and are replenished at the end of each Mission. In addition, Magic LV Panels increase the power of the spells placed inside of them, and Magic multipliers increase the amount of casts for each spell Roxas can bring with him into each Mission.
