Map Cards
Map Cards are not used for battling, but rather they are used to open new rooms within each of the worlds inside Castle Oblivion. Each Map Card is numbered 0-9 like other cards, and they are broken up into four categories: Red Map Cards, Green Map Cards, Blue Map Cards, and Yellow Map Cards. Red Map Cards are common Map Cards that open rooms with a lot of Heartless inside of them. Green Cards have special effects that boost your advantage against the Heartless in different ways. Blue Map Cards open Treasure Rooms and Moogle Rooms, which can be used to collect new cards. Yellow Map Cards open special doors that advance the story and contain secrets. Each Map Card, it’s, Heartless Capacity, size, amount of Treasure Spots, category, and effect (if applicable) is listed below.
