Aqua’s Magic is exceptionally powerful, even from the very beginning of the game. All spells are unlocked as soon as Magic is made available in the game, and are fully detailed below.

| Firaga | 8 | Launches a ball of fire toward enemies. Can be used from the Magic command. | Can leave behind cinders on the ground and burn targets for additional damage. |
| Blizzaga | 12 | Blast enemies head-on with a chunk of ice. Can be used from the Magic command. | Leaves a trail of ice to slide across in its wake, and can freeze enemies in their tracks. |
| Thundaga | 12 | Strike surrounding enemies from above with lightning. Can be used from the Magic command. | Electrifies the impact site on the ground, and can leave enemies shocked. |
| Curaga | All | Recover HP. Can be used from the Magic command. | Temporarily become invulnerable to enemy attacks while healing (Beginner Mode only) |
