The Crabclaw keyblade is obtained by sealing the keyhole in Atlantica. This is done by simply clearing the story and defeating the world’s final boss. It’s given to you automatically, so you can’t miss it.
It’s a keyblade built for caster-types who also aren’t afraid of getting their hands dirty.
While not the best in its slot Keyblade, it does serve the purpose for helping juice up both magical and physical beatdowns. Summons especially feel the boost, most notable in Tinkerbell and Bambi.
Is Crabclaw Worth Using?
Unfortunately, the Crabclaw comes about at a time where better keyblades are available in the game.
By the time you get to Atlantica, both the Pumpkinhead and Olympus keyblades are available, which are just better. And if you’re looking for a magic weapon, then the Spellbinder is available–long story short, the Crabclaw is a very situational weapon that’s dependent on when you get it.
Still looks rad, though.
