Lady Luck is obtained by activating the White Trinity in Wonderland. You get the ability to activate White Trinities after defeating Riku in Hollow Bastion.
As for the Trinity location?
Navigate through the Bizarre Room until you find yourself on the wall where you can dive into the painting. This brings you to the area where you can access the Trinity.
As for the Keyblade itself: Lady Luck powers up magic abilities and gives a decent boost to MP. It has decent reach and poor recoil.
Is Lady Luck Worth Using?
Not really.
By the time you learn White Trinity to unlock Lady Luck, you’ll have plenty of better keyblades. Even its magic-boosting properties are bested by other weapons.
This is a keyblade that feels like the only reason it exists is to give every world keyblade representation.
