The Adamant Shield can be purchased from the Traverse Town item shop for 4000 Munny. It becomes available for purchase after rescuing Kairi from Hollow Bastion.
This is a defense-focused shield and is lacking attack power because of it.
It does have a sturdy recoil, though, so Goofy can take a few more hits with it up.
Is the Adamant Shield Worth Using?
No.
At the same time this is available, you can also buy the Gigas Fist shield which is a much better choice. Furthermore, you also have access to the Hercules Cup at Olympus, which earns you Herc’s Shield upon completion which just destroys this one stat-wise.
Finally, this thing is expensive. And in the bad way–there’s very little value for munny here.
