The Grand Mallet becomes available from the item shop after rescuing Kairi from Hollow Bastion. It costs 4000 Munny to purchase.
This is the top-level of the Mallet series (the others being the Silver Mallet and the Warhammer). It offers a high attack power at the cost of a reduction of MP.
Is the Grand Mallet Worth Using?
No.
First off, it’s expensive.
Second, when it becomes available you have easy access to the Violetta and Lord Fortune, both of which are supremely better. This is what I call a ‘filler weapon’ – something that’s available just to bolster Donald’s armory and not much else.
