Lord Fortune is obtained by speaking to the Fairy Godmother in Merlin’s house after obtaining all the summons. There are six in total:
- Simba
- Mushu
- Dumbo
- Bambi
- Tinkerbell
- Genie
These summons are either obtained naturally through the story, or by finding associated ‘gleam’ items and returning them to the Fairy Godmother.

The Lord Fortune is a staff that balances both physical and magical. It increases Donald’s magic power too, though it doesn’t outright tell you that.

Sure! And it’s easy to get!
Acquiring all the summons is easy-peasy, so long as you play the game and are diligent about opening chests.
As far as free weapons go, you can’t get much better than this. The balance between melee and magic really helps your late-game Donald shine.
