The Morning Star staff can only be bought from the Traverse Town item shop for 300 Munny.
It is a minor upgrade from Donald’s starting weapon, the Mage’s Staff, though not by much. It does have some small magical boosting properties, but overall it’s very close to being the same weapon.
Is the Morning Star Worth Using?
Probably not.
I say just save your money for the Magus or Wisdom Staff when they become available to buy. This offers very little in terms of upgrade and it’s available at a time when your Munny supply is going to be pretty pressed.
