The Wizard’s Relic is dropped only by Wizards. These Heartless first appear in Hollow Bastion, and afterwards will start showing up in every other world.
Traverse Town’s Hotel Hallway or Third District are the best places to farm for it, due to ease of access and abundance of Wizards. Don’t forget to equip Encounter Plus!
And with that said, this weapon is one of Donald’s best.
If you get it as a rando drop while exploring, consider yourself super lucky. It has a low drop rate for a reason–it’s good. It has a high attack and strong magical properties and easily plays into all of Donald’s abilities, from bonking to blasting.
Is the Wizard’s Relic Worth Using?
Oh yeah.
You could easily use this thing for the whole of the game’s second half. It boosts Donald by a significant amount and it looks super sweet.
It might take some time to get it to drop, but it really is worth the effort.
