Twilight Town

You can find Chocolate in the Tram Common area of the Neighborhood.

Enter from the Tram Common save point and start exploring the town.

There’s a Chinese lunch box right next to the save point on the south western edge of the area that randomly gives Chocolate.

Next, head northeast to find a lunch box on the rooftop of a house.

Look for another lunch box under the same building for more Chocolate.

Hit the lunch boxes to randomly get Chocolate on the first try. Re-enter from the save point to reset all harvest spots including the lunch boxes.

Toy Box

You can get more Chocolate from the Chinese lunch boxes in Galaxy Toys.

Disembark at the Rest Area save point in this world to get started, then head southeast from the save spot.

Here, hit the lunch box on the display counter to randomly receive Chocolate.

Next, go north into the Action Plus store to find another lunch box behind the counter to the east. Hit the lunch box to randomly receive Chocolate.

Then just re-enter from the save point if you don’t get Chocolate on the first go.
