Arendelle
You can find Miller Mushrooms in the Gorge Area of the North Mountain in Arendelle.
Warp in from the Mountain Ridge save point to start, then head south.
Jump off the cliff at the southern edge to land in the Gorge area. Here, search around the snow covered bushes nearby to find a mushroom spot that always gives Miller Mushrooms.
Leave & re-enter from the save point to make the mushroom spot respawn.
The Caribbean
You can also find Miller Mushrooms on various islands in The Caribbean.
First, land at the Huddled Isle save point and look under the tree right behind the save point to find a mushroom spot that always gives Miller Mushrooms.
Next, warp to the Forsaken Isle save point and search the driftwood nearby for more Miller Mushrooms.
Finally, land at the Sandbar Isle save point and search the single tree south of the save point to find another mushroom spot that gives Miller Mushrooms.
Then just warp back from any save point to respawn all mushroom spots.
