You can obtain Olive Oil from the Chinese lunch boxes in a couple of areas in Galaxy Toys.

Here’s the best route:

Warp in from the Main Floor: 3F save point and head east.

Enter the Babies & Toddlers: Dolls store from the window and look for a lunch box atop the cupboards at the northeastern end.

Hit the lunch box to randomly receive Olive Oil.

Next, exit the store and head west towards Babies & Toddlers: Outdoors on the same floor. There’s a lunch box on the counter next to the entrance of Kid Korral.

Hit it to randomly receive Olive Oil.

Then you can leave the world & warp back in to check the respawned lunch boxes.

Monstropolis

You can get Olive Oil from the vending machines from the Lower Level and Accessway areas of Monstropolis.

First, warp in from the Basement save point and enter the white door to your right to access the Lower Level area.

Head on and look to your left to find a couple vending machines. Hit the first one to obtain Olive Oil.

Next, warp to the Accessway save point and hit the vending machine nearby to receive more Olive Oil.

Just warp back from the save point if you need more.

San Fransokyo

The Chinese lunch boxes in the North and South Districts of The City also contain Olive Oil. Just land at San Fransokyo in the South District save point and head east.

Keep heading northeast to reach an elevated walkway.

Head up the stairs and reach the middle area to find a lunch box on a bench that randomly gives Olive Oil.

Go a little to the west on the same walkway to find another lunch box containing Olive Oil.

After that, head for the northwestern side of the North District. Climb the first building near the northwestern side to find a lunch box that randomly contains Olive Oil.

Then look for another lunch box below the overpass near the northwestern area to obtain more Olive Oil.

You can leave and re-enter from the nearest save point to refill all lunch boxes.
