Twilight Town
You can get Sole from a couple of Chinese lunch boxes in the Tram Common area of the Neighborhood. Land at the Tram Common save point and follow the tram tracks towards the center of town.
Enter the back alley near the bricked archway where the tram enters the area.
You can find a lunch box here that can randomly contain Sole.
Next, head northeast and enter the open air theater. Hit the lunch box on the bench here for a chance at some Sole as well.
Kingdom of Corona
You can also find Sole from a bubbling spot in the Wharf area of The Kingdom.
Warp in from the Thoroughfare save point and immediately turn left at the street entrance to find a stairway.
Go down the stairs and enter the Wharf area.
Jump into the water between the first and second piers to discover a bubbling spot that gives Sole.
Then you can leave & re-enter from the save point to reset the spot.
