Frost Stones are easiest to farm in two worlds in KH3 (Arendelle & Caribbean). And depending on the level of challenge you’re up for, you can go for either of them.

Frost Stones are dropped by Frost Serpents in Arendelle, and Sea Sprites (Blue) in The Caribbean.

Tip: Frost Stones can be bought in the Moogle Shop after obtaining 25 of them from drops.

Arendelle Farming Route

Arrive at the Mountain Ridge save point and head for the cave to your north-east.

Follow the mountain path until you reach a clearing.

Here, two Frost Serpents will appear. As the name implies, these are giant dragon-like Heartless, which you can spot a mile away given how imposing they look.

Now the Frost Serpents drop a different Frost material depending on which part of their body you attack. For Frost Stones, you want to attack their wings.

A few well targeted fire spells will break the wings, which almost half the time will net you a Frost Stone in return.

Given the whopping 40% drop rate, it may seem like a no brainer to make Frost Serpents your go to enemy for Frost Stone farming.

However, bear in mind that these are the most formidable non-boss enemies in this world, so prepare accordingly.

The Caribbean Farming Route

When it comes to Frost Stone farming, if you find the finicky target swapping or the difficulty of the Frost Serpents rather tedious, you can always go for the Sea Sprites in the Caribbean for a relatively relaxed farming grind.

Land at the Docks save point in Port Royal and just jump into the sea right in front of you.

Go under and swim a little ways ahead until you see a school of jellyfish floating in the distance.

Swim towards the jellyfish and the Sea Sprites will appear.

These large fish-like Heartless come out in groups and change colors that change their elemental affinity accordingly.

Remember, for Frost Stones, focus on defeating them while they’re glowing blue.

Just spam your thunder spells to take them all out at once. With a 12% drop rate, Sea Sprites have a fairly good chance of dropping Frost Stones every run.

Just warp in and out of the save point to respawn them each time.
