Best Farming Spot
  • Arendelle – The North Mountain/Gorge
  • Battlegate 6 (Kingdom of Corona)

Hungry Stones can be obtained from a number of Heartless in KH3, but the best farming spot is in Arendelle where you can take out Popcats in droves.

Note: You cannot buy or synthesize Hungry Stones at the Moogle Shop. The only way to obtain them is by farming enemies the conventional way.

Arendelle Farming Route

Land at the Gorge save point and head north on the map.

Keep going forward until you reach the mountainside, where you can wall run to the top.

Free run over the walls and you will find a large group of Popcats at the top of the second wall.

Popcats always appear hiding inside pots.

Their long ears and glowing eyes peek out from under the lids, and their slender bodies with curly tails stick out from underneath.

Popcats are not dangerous. They only have two basic attacks where they scratch and spin at you.

Just dodge out of their way and hit back with your basic combos to take them out within a few hits.

Better yet, simply cast one of your large area of effect spells and you can one-shot almost the entire group every time.

Popcats drop Hungry Stones 4% of the time, which is not that great.

However, they are also some of the weakest enemies in the game, and you can just spam Thundagas or Aerogas to insta-kill entire groups at a time.

The quicker you clear the group, the more Hungry Stones you’ll end up farming every run.

Once you clear this area, just warp out of the world from the nearest save point and land back again to repeat the route and make them all respawn.

Battlegate 6

During end-game, you can farm Hungry Stones from Battlegate 6, located in the Kingdom of Corona.

Battlegates let you challenge enemy waves to earn rewards and farm materials. Battlegates appear in every world after completing the main storyline.

To reach Battlegate 6, first warp in from the Wildflower Clearing save point.

From here, head straight west till you reach the Wetlands.

After you arrive at a clearing with large canyons in front of you, just turn right and jump down into the valley below.

The round crystal entrance to Battlegate 6 will be right in the middle of the valley.
