Mythril Gems

Mythril Gems obtained in KH3 by breaking various objects in select worlds, by breaking rocks on certain Gummi Ship routes, or from specific treasure chests. None of the enemies in KH3 drop Mythril gems.

The best farming spot is in the Misty Stream Gummi Ship route.

Misty Stream

Mythril Gems can be farmed along the Misty Stream Gummi Ship route.

Open your world map and scroll to the second set of worlds to get here.

Embark on the route from San Fransokyo.

Right after entering, you will come across a huge cluster of blue asteroids.

These shimmering rocks will immediately stand out from the rest of the brown ones.

Destroy these blue asteroids using your gummi guns or rockets. You can obtain various items by blowing up these asteroids, including the Mythril Gems.

The blue asteroids have a 2% chance of dropping Mythril Gems.

Navigate the entire route and destroy all the blue asteroids you see and you will end up with a decent pile of gems every run.

Note: You can also obtain Mythril Gems from The Eclipse route, but at a much lower drop rate.

Arendelle (optional)

You can also farm Mythril Gems from environment objects in Arendelle in The Labyrinth of Ice.

Enter from the Gorge save point and examine the large glowing orb to enter The Labyrinth of Ice.

You will arrive in the Upper Tier.

From here, head straight ahead over the rail and spin around the crystal pillar at the end, using Flowmotion to descend into the Middle Tier.

To obtain Mythril Gems, you need to look for large ice crystals only found along the rail grinding route in the Middle Tier.

Head along the passageway from where you arrive and ride on the rail at the end. Blast the giant ice crystals along the way.

Grind back and forth along the rail to destroy any crystals you may have missed.

You can manage to get a good haul of gems after a few runs along this single rail grinding route.

For repeat runs, simply go back up the crystal pillar into the Upper Tier and return back down.

Using Mythril Gems

Mythril Gems are required for eleven recipes, and you must have at least 31 gems in total to synthesize at least one copy of each recipe.
