In Kingdom Hearts 3, Orichalcum is found in some treasure chests and obtained as a reward for completing certain Collector’s Goals.
But when it comes to farming Orichalcum, it is the rarest material to find. The only real option is in The Eclipse Gummi Ship route, where you can obtain this material by blasting blue asteroids in your ship.

The Eclipse (Farming)
The only place where you have a chance of farming Orichalcum is in The Eclipse Gummi route.
Access the World Map and embark on your Gummi Ship from the Keyblade Graveyard to enter The Eclipse route.

Upon arrival, you’ll immediately come across a giant mothership, which you should avoid.
What you’re looking for are blue-tinged, glowing asteroids strewn on all sides of the mothership.
Just steer a little to the right to find a large cluster.

Shoot these blue rocks to obtain a number of items. The asteroids in The Eclipse have a very slim 0.5% chance of dropping Orichalcum. Which is to say, you’ll be very lucky to find even a couple of them after an hour’s worth of farming.
However, to improve your chances, make sure to equip the Prize Drop ability from the Gummi Editor menu. But even with the ability, don’t expect Orichalcum confetti dropping from these rocks.

You can always reset the zone by re-entering from the World Map for a fresh try if you’re not having any luck on the first go.
