Monstropolis Farming Route

Land at the Upper Level save point in The Door Vault area.

Head for the door to your right to enter a room filled with a number of Heartless, including the Marine rumba.

These are yet another variant of the elemental mages that float around and cast spells at you.

The Marine Rumbas are colored blue all over and wear pointy hats. They conjure three orbs of water around them and cast water-based spells.

The Marine Rumbas have two basic attacks where they splash water projectiles at you.

These attacks are easily avoidable and it’s best to attack them with ranged magic because they will mostly remain out of range of your physical attacks.

Naturally, they are immune to water magic and take half damage from fire.

Instead, use Thundaga on them since they’re weak to thunder magic.

Then after clearing out the room, head back and hop on the rails.

Shoot the ones on rails and take out the rest that appear in the area where you end up.

With a 12% chance of dropping Soothing Stones, the Marine Rumbas are your best option to collect these stones quickly.

But if you need to repeat the farming route, just leave the world and warp back in from your starting save point.

Battlegate 1

During the end-game, Soothing Stones can be more easily farmed at Battlegate 1, located in Olympus.

To reach Battlegate 1, enter from the Summit save point and head up the dazzling staircase leading up into the heavens.
